<I>WILLIAM G. SCHLATHER</I><BR>
Bill has been affiliated with Schlather Insurance for over 25 years.
He is a graduate of the University of Dayton with a B.S. degree
in accounting. He has his MBA in accounting from Cleveland State
University. Bill is Past President of the Lorain County Independent 
Agents. Bill services personal and business lines, as well as 
oversees the office staffs. He is based in the Wellington office
and is a certified insurance counselor.

David has been affiliated with Schlather Insurance for over 20 years. 
He graduated from Bowling Green State University with a B.S. degree in 
accounting David is also Past President of the Lorain County 
Independent Agents. David's talents are best evidenced in the business 
insurance area where he is able to tailor coverage to meet most business risk needs. 
He is also a certified insurance counselor and operates out of the Elyria office.
